Rental Application

Please fill out the following application completely and accurately. Falsification is grounds for denial. If your application is not complete when received, it will not be accepted and considered complete until all required information is received.

All applicants must meet the following criteria:

Provide a valid photo ID that includes the applicant’s date of birth;
Pass a criminal background check;
Apply with a co-signer who can guarantee the financial obligations of the lease (combined income must equal or exceed 3x the monthly installment payment).

Each resident must submit their own rental application. Mark ’N/A’ for sections below that are not applicable. If an applicant owes money to another landlord, the outstanding balance must be paid in full before the application will be processed.

LZ Management rents on a first-come, first-served basis. Application processing may take up to 3 business days. We will contact you once your application has been processed. Copies of the rental agreement documents will be made available to the applicant for inspection.
