Sublease Application
Please fill out the following application completely and accurately. Falsification is grounds for denial. If your application is not complete, one email or phone call will be placed to the applicant to obtain the missing information. If this email/call does not provide the needed information, rejection may be based on an incomplete application. Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.
All applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Combined income of all applicants equal to three times or more the monthly rent;
- At least two years of verifiable housing history (not including dorms);
- Credit score of 600 or above;
- Pass a criminal background check;
- Provide a valid photo identification.
A qualified co-signer may be required due to insufficient income or credit below 600 to guarantee the financial obligations of the lease. Mark ‘N/A’ for sections that are not applicable. If an applicant owes money to a previous landlord, the money must be paid in full before the application will be processed.
LZ Management rents on a first-come, first-serve basis. Application processing may take up to 3 business days. We will contact you once your application is processed. Copies of the rental agreement documents will be made available to the applicant for inspection.
